ROUG undertakes to comply with the requirements related to employee employment, which are mentioned in the standard FSC-STD-40-004 V3.1:
- does not use child labor;
- prohibits and does not support all forms of forced labor
- respects the freedom of association, trade union and collective bargaining rights;
- does not discriminate and ensures non-discrimination in the profession;
and complies with the Latvian legislation regulating labor relations and labor protection.
